Every year, on the third Thursday of November, Yildiz Holding celebrates Make Happy, Be Happy Day. It’s an important and meaningful day that honours the belief of my father, Sabri Ulker, who founded Ulker with my uncle in 1944, that "no matter where in the world people live, they have the right to a happy childhood".
