Clarification Text on the Personal Data Protection Law

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “Law”), Yıldız Holding A.Ş., as the Data Controller, shall collect your personal data, including your name, surname, email address, and mobile phone number, should you contact us via the communication tab, and your email address should you subscribe via the subscription tab. This data shall be collected for the purposes of notifying users about new content and sharing detailed information within the scope of Murat Ülker’s personal blog, through the contact and subscription forms available on the website https://muratulker.com/ Your personal data shall be shared with the consulting firm that provides us with support for email notifications and shall be transferred abroad, as both the consultant and the website infrastructure are located outside of Türkiye. Your personal data shall be processed in compliance with the conditions outlined in Article 5 of the Law, including public disclosure, the necessity of processing for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, the performance of a contract, or based on your explicit consent. Requests concerning your rights under Article 11 of the Law may be submitted to our company by following the methods set forth in the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to Data Controllers.
